Big Brother

Announcing Baby Girl Warner
May 17, 2010
We're trying to teach Cameron that the baby is in Mommy's belly...
not his belly, or Daddy's belly.
He sure is excited to have a little sister.

He's too cute

Cameron loves to help me out in the kitchen. He pulls this chair over to the counter to "help" with whatever I'm working on. I usually give him something to work on himself that keeps him busy. This time, the measuring spoons did the trick.Cameron loves to wrap his arms around your neck and "squeeze!" (This word sounds the same as cheese, please, keys, teeth, and Jesus. Context is the only way to understand this kid.)

This is usually what Cameron looks like after he eats peanut butter sandwiches. He once saw Taylor eat an open-faced pb&j...what a mistake! It doesn't stay folded for long...

Shootin' Hoops

This is what we do all day....everyday. And I must say, this kid is seriously coordinated. I guess that practice makes perfect.

A trip to Farmer Mark's

Suprisingly, Cameron's favorite farm animal was this dog. Cows, chickens, pigs and goats aren't that interesting anyway.

But the goats were cool enough to warrant a climb up on this fence to get a better look. Cameron got to choose his very own pumpkin to take home. Unfortunately, he thought that the pumpkins were all giant basketballs! (I'm not suprised...it's round, it's orange, it's a basketball!) We can't wait to go back in the spring and pick strawberries (produce that can't be confused with any type of ball!)

I love this book!

The Outer Banks - Festival Park

A small, but quaint lighthouse on Roanoke Island. This island is where the very first English explorers landed.

Southern charm! On a replica of the ship. Cameron loved checking out the sailors' small quarters.
We also went to an awesome, kid-friendly museum that explained a lot about the history of Roanoke Island. Totally worth it, Cameron had a blast!
